What is the STEMTech Quality of Life Assessment (SQOLA)?

Have you ever done something for your health that significantly improved your condition, but time and memory being what they are, after a while you forgot what was wrong with you and forgot how significant that change you made was in your life?   Or at times the change in your condition is so gradual that over time you lose perspective and can no longer fully appreciate the benefits?  What if a questionnaire existed that allowed you to evaluate your level of physical and emotional health over time so that your health improvements could be tracked black and white on paper?

This is the STEMTech Quality of Life Assessment (SQOLA).  The SQOLA is based on the SF-36, a Quality of Life questionnaire that has been scientifically validated over the past 15 years.  The SQOLA is an individual scientific assessment that documents specific aspects of your health and lifestyle before you take your first StemEnhanceTM and after you have added StemEnhance to your daily health regimen.  The results, when compiled with the individual results of thousands of other new STEMTech distributors, will provide clear scientific evidence of the effects of StemEnhance on the body’s stem cells and the work they do. 

What do I get personally from participating in the SQOLA?
This is a free program for you and a research investment for STEMTech.  The SF-36 is a well-known, scientifically validated questionnaire.  Over the past 15 years, thousands of people have completed the questionnaire.  The first benefit you get from filling in this questionnaire is the ability to compare your level of physical and emotional health with the general American population. 

Second, you can monitor your health improvement as you consume StemEnhance.  Sometimes the SQOLA will show you how your health condition has significantly improved without your fully realizing it.  We have heard people say that they had not felt anything special with StemEnhance, but the SF-36 revealed that their health had significantly improved. Then suddenly, thinking about it, they remembered some details about their health that had been significantly reducing their quality of life in a subtle way.  Seeing the results of taking StemEnhance on paper will make you feel better about your choice to begin the StemEnhance regimen.

How do I contribute by participating in the SQOLA?

Do I get anything special for my SQOLA?
Aside from the benefits described above, you will receive a T-shirt that has been specially designed for everyone who completes the program (and which is available only to those who complete SQOLA).  Completing the program is simple:  You complete three identical questionnaires, one before, then another after 4 weeks and a third after 12 weeks on StemEnhance.

Who is eligible?
You have to be a new distributor or consumer, and you have to be on AutoShip.  That’s all.

How do I sign up?
Immediately after signing up for AutoShip, a new distributor or consumer will receive an email that provides all the information.  Essentially, you click on the link provided, which leads you to website, you fill in your information, chose a username and password, and you are ready to fill the first questionnaire.

How do I keep track of the various questionnaires for comparison?
The website will do this for you.  When you log on to the website, you will have access, through the left side toolbar, to a report of your personal data.  Print the reports for future reference.
